Bemore app causing feedback issues

Just using the Bemore android app for my mother’s Danalogic GN aids. I notice that when swiping onto the Program page her aids suddenly start whining. This is reproducible but why would simply changing the page on an app cause this?

Also rustling noises like plastic bags or the dogs squeaky toy are particularly harsh, even with treble at a minimum. Any ideas?

I think it’s because you when you swipe to the right, you are switching to Telecoil loop. Swiping back to the left sets the aids in all around or normal listening mode. I had Danalogic GN aids with domes and always had problems with feedback. Now I have the same aids with custom moulds and no feedback.
