I have always had Resounds. I wanted to buy a new pair of hearing aids as a retirement gift for myself. HIS said Resounds has not really made any improvements in the past 3-4 years. Plus he said their customer service is hard to deal with. That is why he recommended these Rextons. The rep was supposed to get back to him about this teleconnect issue. I called him now he said its my phone. (Iphone 12) . I wonder if teleconnect is a stand alone company not related to the hearing aids.
