I changed to the Phonak travel charger for my KS10’s and that solved the charging problem for me. Recently my Right aid has been loosing charge about early evening, went to Costco and they did a firmware update, no change, went back to Costco and they sent them in, got them back yesterday and they seem to hold a charge all day. I assume they changes the batteries.
