This may be a “shot in the dark” but check this and see if it takes you in the right direction. It’s a free download so maybe nothing to lose? It is applicable to my “Relate 2.0 LI RIC” aids. Go to the site and see “free download” in upper RH corner, click.
Many thanks, I have tested this package, it is indeed Aurafit and it looks like a version of Truefit.
Though again the HA’s are connected through Noahlink Wireless and not recognized due to either an unsupported firmware. I guess these HA’s are locked as another member of this forum have raised.
These locks is also raised by my audi.
I am almost at the end of my test, I am quite satisfied with the HA’s, though I cannot tune them the way i like with doing my own settings,
so unless someone have a clue how to unlock these Unitrons Advance70/770/R312 I am afraid I have to return them and find another solution…
Yeah so if you have the right software, they would connect straight away and be recognised, NHS aids are locked with a pin code, this could be the issue here, why not just ask the sales rep at Specsavers, I mean you need to know these things, especially as they are yours and brought with your hard earned cash!
Personally I wouldn’t buy anything that was locked and couldn’t be programmed/adjusted by anyone else but the company you brought them from, it’s a really spiteful thing to do.
Unfortunately this is Aura:fit Relate software but I need Aura:fit AudioNova software…similar but not the same software. Relete supports Relete and Relete 2.0 devices, and Aura:fit AudioNova is required for NovaSense and AudioNova devices… Anyway thanks for the help. I hope that one day this software will also appear…
