After 5 years, the wire came off one of the hearing aids. Not sure if the m90-312 was discontinued but can’t find matching parts on my usual go-to: Amazon 
If I can find the replacement receiver, I’m able to replace it. I suppose I can contact Phonak tomorrow but in the meanwhile, any ideas of where I can I find either an identical receiver or one that is compatible with the m90-312? Mine are marked 2M.

Can you send pictures of what you are wanting? The receiver wires connect to the top of the hearing aid. The wire and receiver go together.
I have marvel 312T and it is the same receiver, the type is SDS 4.0 and the 2 means the length and M is the receiver strength.

My audiologist quit; I have a new hearing aid practitioner and my HA’s finally work! I may have to buy new receiver/s wires for my Phonak Audeo Paradise P90R’s.
