I am new to Audio Service Fitting software. I am currently using Audioservice Fitting software Connex 9.6.7.194 with AudioFit 9.6.20.542. I cannot connect to new AS G7 or G8 hearing aids and it shows ( Hearing Aid requires a more recent connexx version). I think the problem is with the update manager. It shows my software is update but actually it is not. I know it is already 9.11 or something. Is there any way to solve the problem? Thanks in advance
A lot of these updates are country dependant, so try installing Audioservice flavoured Connexx in USA or European countries.

Thanks for your quick reply. I tried to change US, Denmark and Asia region too. There is no changes for now. Thanks for your suggestion.
I remember reading something from PVC to the effect that Audio Service Fitting software needs to be on a system that matches the German servers to get the update.
You could try changing the country and time of your Windows system to Germany, and if you still don’t get the update, you could also try installing a new Windows system and selecting Germany when the installer asks you to select a country.
