Trying to get some affirmative answers from widex users. I recently transit from resound to widex smart ric. Ended up the widex moment app have issues with my OnePlus phone. I tested on my wife Xiaomi 13t pro and it has no issues. I know of Samsung and pixel phones all having issues.all these phones running in latest software. Now trying to find out any oppo users or xiaomi users who have been with it.

What are the issues with the Moment app?
FWIW, different cellphone manufacturers have different variations of Android installed on their phones - this is the likely cause of your issues.
