Anyone have experence with “Ear Lens” did a search here and found no info.
Try changing your search to Earlens. There’s quite a bit of stuff, but none of it was very recent. Some people claim it’s wonderful but it never really caught on.

I researched that product several years ago. My hearing loss is severe to profound. I was told that I would not be a good candidate for Earlens.
