Anyone experience one of the hearing aids cut out with Oticon Intent 1 during a phone call or stream?

Just recently started demoing Oticon Intent 1’s and noticed that one of the hearing aids would cut out during a phone call or if I am streaming a youtube video. I didn’t have this kind of issue when I was demoing Phonak Audeo Infinio l90, Widex Allure 440, or Starkey Edge AI 24.

NOTE: This issue happens when I am paired to the FMA120 on a laptop. Not phone. Sorry for missing that detail.

What phone are you using. My INTENT1 aids are a year old and I have the Samsung S23 phone with the latest updates Android 15. I get the same once in a while, but my aids aren’t at the latest firmware update. I get it only with the Samsung phone app, i haven’t noticed it with the Google phone app. I do get it with the voice mail app. I stream audio books with no issues

You really need to state the brand and model of the phone you are using.

Also state whether this is happening outdoors, indoors or both. If indoors, does this happen at home, in a car, or in a building where the ceiling and walls are a far away?

Note that this issue should be less of a problem indoors where the walls and ceiling are close.

It is not with the phone, it’s when it’s paired to the FMA120 on my laptop.

You may have to install a repeater setup or try a different device.
