The 2022 Amazon Fire cube now has an option to pair with the Starkey aids for direct streaming to the aids. I think it’s a first, I know of no other streamer that does this.
Well that’s very interesting, this is using ASHA, the interesting part is them using the open-source protocol in the first place, in theory any other HAs that use ASHA could be able to connect as well? Still I think it’s not going to take off because LE Audio is the next industry standard for Bluetooth, so ASHA is a slowly sinking ship.
Agreed. I did try pairing with My Oticon more’s and it didn’t work. Only the Starkey’s. FYI
