audicus direct to consumer aids are pretty good. Made by the Phonak group. I used them for my mother as I could not get her into a physical location. (homebound ). U can. upload the exam to them and they will program to the test. they offer decent customer service as well.https://www.audicus.com. Also E bay does have vendors that will sell and program the aids to your loss.

Win10 will do, it’s what I use, depending on which manufacturer and model you decide on win7 is ok too.
