Interesting. My Jabra EP20s have a program “Hear in Noise” which directs the mics forward and improves tv and audio in a variety of situations.

I have a TV Program set up by my HAS on my TruHearing 7 Premium HAs and used it while watching TV with my kids on recent visits - without them needing to change the TV volume for me at all. I was able to adjust the Volume on my iPhone TruHearing App to a level that allowed me to hear everything.
At home I place a Bose over-ear headset over top of my HAs and mute the speaker sound so I don’t disturb housemates. I have the headset hard-wired to the red and white connectors on the back of my HDTV.
