Back with a more specific question for folks. Any suggestions for which settings to adjust on the Infinio Sphere app (i.e., to create a customized version of the Spheric Speech in Noise setting) so my HAs are well-suited to picking up soft and high frequency voices in a quiet setting (classroom, conference room, or office)? My Infinio Spheres are outstanding for hearing conversation in noise, when the those speaking are at my table and there is background noise. But far more frequently, I find myself needing to hear voices across a conference room, office, or classroom, when there is not background noise, but there is distance and a softer voice.

My suggestion is the download a frequency app like Spectroid on your phone and then go to an AI generated voice website to see what frequencies and sound levels that are giving you issues. Do not use your own voice. Use the preloaded voices.
Then go back to your hearing aid provider to have them fine tune your hearing aids.
Frankly, any hearing aid provider that does not use a frequency app program and AI generated voices to fine turn their patient’s hearing aids is committing malpractice.
