How would I go about finding a Greater Cleveland office that can adjust these old 2014 Siemens HAs?
Which old models do you have, you may need to go DIY if you can’t anyone to help.
I would love to go DIY, is it possible? (I’m a retired broadcast and audio engineer)

Sure no problem,it’s possible all right, don’t forget you’ll need the correct programming device as well for DIY projects.
I’d suggest searching the AppStore if you use an iPhone. Unfortunately, 8 years is a long time. Siemens was absorbed by Signia. There’s at least one app but it may not support your aids.
You might contact Lloyd’s Hearing Aid in Rockford, IL. I’ve never used them but I have heard that they will program HAs if you mail the HAs to them and provide an audiogram. You can get a hearing test and a printed audiogram at Costco. Good luck.
