I have lived in Singapore for some 20 years.  I have had substantial hearing loss for over 30 years.  I am retired now enjoying life to the full.  I recently purchased a pair of Phonak Audeo P90-R from my local supplier.  I am not happy with the settings as my audiologist is struggling to give me a config that achieves what my previous then top of the line Siemens aids of some 4 years ago can provide. 

I have now had 4 sessions trying to solve the problem. I have spend my whole working life in technology so asked was it possible to get the software for configuring aids but was told it’s Proprietary and cannot.  That’s a shame as I am sure with some tinkering I could get this right.

I am joining the group hoping I can find folk who can help as right now I am down about $10k with no better solution.
