I have been using hearing aids for 9 years.  Recently I got new Phonak Audeo M70-13T hearing aids.  It has been a love/hate experience.  I love the clarity and tone of the sound.  TV so much better.  Music…the best.  The hate emotion is triggered by not understanding and the difficulty in getting help with bluetooth connectivity issues.  Today I ‘googled’ hearing aid user forums and found this group and finally am getting specific questions more relative to my current problems.  Thank you for being her for me and there for so many others.
