I got my Phonak M90-R hearing aids through the VA. They are great at helping veterans and I was surprised that they gave me the top of the line Phonak aids.

That said, their service is terrible. Since I got the aids in August of 2020, they have made me 4 sets of ear molds and none of them will stay in my ears. It usually takes 2 months to get an appointment, even a video appointment.

I am hoping to get some good technical advice advice here to help me guide the VA in getting my aids working well.
