Over 10 years using hi daily, used phonak, and 2 versions of Resound. Currently using Resound GN, have iPhone and TV blue tooth connector. I continue to be disappointed  with hi ability to improve  speech recognition. I have not been able to recognize  speach from TV even with TV amplifier streaming blue tooth to my hi I need Closed Caption (cc) turned on TV. I still choose working daily at age 73 , but lack of help with speach recognition  from hi is causing me to doubt my ability to continue as a health care professional which leaves no room for misunderstanding  whether on the phone or in person face to face, or should I say mask to mask.
