Hi there, I have a compilot ii and it suddenly stopped working. No lights nothing. I had a replacement a few months ago but last time so.e lights still came on. This time however  theres nothing lighting up at all even after being attached to the recharger all night. 

I dont live in the country I bought it and it was a long process sending it back last time. The Swiss shop wouldnt help me even though it was the same company. Can I send it directly to Phonak? Or do I need the radiologist to send it in?
