Spent 20 years in the military and then 11 years running an electronics shop.

Firmly believe in the idea that some of us are/would be quite capable at programming our own aids!

About time the hearing industry loosened up a bit.

My biggest problem is that audiologists deal with too many brands.  I'm now looking for an audiologist that can answer questions about my specific brand of aid.  If they stumble or give general answers then they are not for me.
