I just upgraded within the six month window with Costco Hearing to KS-10 from KS-9 and the jury is still out whether it was right decision? My Costco dispenser is excellent but very busy because everybody in Grand Rapids want him. He did a great job on my KS-9.  I have have two sets of Phonak $6,500 RICs since 2010 and the KS-9 via Costco was superior. I have a second fitting/follow-up on KS-10 May 21 with a whole lot of adjustments needed:

1.Word identification/understanding needs to improve;

2. Auto sense and is much better with KS-10;

3. Costco TV link DOES NOT work automatically with KS-10 like KS-9 and very irritating; same for computer and U-tube.
