Been wearing hearing aids since 2008. So far purchased exclusively from Costco which is convenient to where I live. Need to purchase a new pair now. Will return the Prezas during the 180 trial period. Did not schedule follow-up visits for fine tuning. Did not know about possible “Speech Focus” software update until I read about that here. I think that would be helpful in restaurants. But Prezas do not connect to Bluetooth on my Android Galaxy 6 and I do not need to purchase a new phone now. I, also, have other complaints about the Preza.
