Have some hearing loss from small arms fire and jet engine noise, mostly in the form of tinnitus. Had the hearing loss the majority of my 50+ years.

Just trying to find an inexpensive in ear hearing aid with bluetooth to assist with hearing conversations in noisy enviroments.
