75 years old. I have had some hearing loss for a while, but don’t wear hearing aids. I have avoided them due to cost. My ENT said I have mild to moderate hearing loss, dipping into severe at the high end, and suggested that I would benefit from hearing aids.
I’ve set up an appointment at Costco for another test and fitting. That is in late June. My concern is that I have sensitive ears and find headphones uncomfortable and I can’t wear Apple AirPods at all. They are hard to fit and the hard plastic is irritating. I’m hoping that the Costco audiologist can get a good fitting.
