I lost my hearing due to measles at the age of 4/5 years old. My parents noticed I couldn’t hear right and took my GP at the time 6 months to a year to refer me to the audiologist as I passed basic Word recognition through lipreading (took numerous visits before it was believed I had hearing loss.). I’ve had several hearing aid brands which include siemans, phonak and oticon I cannot name the models as they were constantly changed to accommodate radio aids, loop systems and issues with software compatibility due to school needs.

My current brand of hearing aids at the moment is the Costcos Kirkland signature 10 I just picked them up on the 30th Sept 2021 previously I owned Costco’s Phonak brio 3
