I have no usable vision (since 2002) with recently diagnosed hearing loss and an auditory processing issue (both diagnosed 2023). Trying to find the right hearing aids, settings and iphone app - I use screen readers, predominantly VoiceOver (on Apple devices) and, less frequently, Narrator (on Windows devices)
