My wife is a long time hearing aid user and has just received (7/21) her Kirkland 10T bluetooth aids.
I am a techie and looking forward to learning how to best exploit the capabilities of these units for her. In addition to being overloaded, some of the hearing aid staff of our Costco don’t have answers to many tech questions and that is coupled with “appointment required” to try and address needs that can be weeks if not months away, so, I am hopeful that this is a good “Go2” information source.
