You won’t get Oticon Intents from Costco. You can get Phillips 9050 which are similar in some ways but not in others. Custom molds from Costco in the US are $40 each ($80 for a pair)

With the INTENT aids only the 100 and 105db receivers have to be molded into the ear molds.

Thanks for your clarification…I looked into Costco in my town (Knoxville, TN) and it doesn’t show that they sell the 9050 with custom ear molds and a standard hook. Am I wrong about that? I think a set of 9050s that I could use with my current, vented ear molds would be great. Or I’d pay the $40 each if they insisted on making new ones.

I don’t know if they sell BTE (Behind the Ear) with ear hook. They can do custom molds for the RIC model. I don’t think they could use your ear molds.
