hi.
I use phonak hearing aids. After connecting the hearing aid to the phonak target program, when I turn off the program, a notification appears. The content of this notification informs me to save: the hearing aid or the database. At this point, if I just save it to the database, will the audiologist be able to figure it out?

My behavior doesn’t make the audi timestamp twisted, does it?

And if a problem arises with my hearing aid later, I will be able to restore it myself?(With the database I saved.)

You’ll still have the timestamp difference I believe, doesn’t matter tho, no need to worry about it, it’s not like they’ll ask you “are you doing DIY” and yes you’ll be able to go back to those original audiology settings, make another client just for your DIY projects, you can also export the settings to your desktop.
