Have you tried the following steps?

  1. Update the firmware of Noahlink Wireless. If its firmware is already the latest version, please reinstall the firmware several times.

  2. Replace the USB cable of Noahlink Wireless.

  3. Create 2 new client profiles in Widex Compass GPS, and connect each profile to one of the hearing aids respectively.

  4. Replace the receiver of the hearing aid that you cannot connect to. Note that the receiver of some hearing aids also functions as its antenna.
