I don’t think, I will ever go back to see Specsavers, Dingwall branch, or any other branch, for glasses or hearing aids… I had an appointment with them approximately 6 weeks ago, basically the Audioligist said, she didn’t think I was suitable for the Phonak Sphere Infinio 90’s, I thought fair enough, it was what I expected to hear, given my loss… I asked, if I could have some skeleton BTE moulds made, preferably in Titanium if possible, if not, in hard acrylic, the A.uD said she didn’t foresee a problem with that, and would get back to me via email in a day or two, that was the last I heard from them… Zilch! I have been buying glasses there for years, usually every 2 years, I thought, I would give them a go, for Hearing Aids, a courtesy emails, stating we can’t do it, for whatever reason, this would have been perfectly acceptable, but they left me in limbo checking my junk mail for a couple of weeks, so now they’ll get no trade, but such is life… Cheers Kev 
An old thread, but I thought I’d add my bit. I just picked up my ‘advance elite’ hearingaids from Specsavers in Australia and they are a rebadged unitron vivante at the top level. I chose them as they were the most comfortable for me with my glasses, but I had the choice of 2 other rebadged brands at that elite level. I think the lesser advance levels have multiple choices as well.
