Yes that’s the same as me. Yes we have Bluetooth audio and Bluetooth calls but I CAN’T change to a manual music program when using Bluetooth.

I’m quite sure all the bluetooth aids have the ability to change programs while streaming.
Streaming bluetooth does not require a specific program, it uses the device (phone/tablet, etc.) to transmit the sound to your aids, no matter which program you are in ie: general, speech in noise, or music, and you can change the program either by toggling the buttons on the aids, or the app.
It just works.
Streaming is a program in itself with Phonak. This streaming program can be tuned like any other program.
If you changed the program manually while you were streaming you would stop streaming.
That seems like poor engineering on Phonak’s part.
I was almost sure when I trialed the Marvels I could change, but that was more than a year ago.
Luckily, Oticon does not require a program for streaming.
