What information to give to a new audiologist or not give?

I’ve had my audiologist for about 5 years. I’ve never been happy with him, so I thought it was because I needed new hearing aids, so I bought Phonak Audio B90 in March. Still not happy with his programming.
I don’t know how up to date the medical office is on software.

Thinking of going to Costco for hearing test. Question, should I share that I’m wearing new aids with a CROS and bring in my last test and I’m here because I was unhappy with my prior audiologist? Or, should I just let them decide what is best for me and keep details to a minimum.

I was also wondering if they could program my new aids since they carry Phonak with a charge of course? I’m so unhappy I spent $4000 and they are not working for me much.
Anyone know?

I JUST GOT ON COSTCO AND THEY REQUIRE A LOT OF INFORMATION BEFORE COMING IN, SO I GOT MY ANSWER. I WILL HAVE TO GIVE THEM INFORMATION. THANK YOU ALL THOU.

I am not sure that Costco does CROS.

They could adjust them, but they won’t. If it was me I would find another place to adjust the B90’s. I have the Costco version if those and they are very good.

I guess I could look around for another place.

Hum no CROS, I’ll check.
