What are my options going to be to use a cisco VOIP phone provided by my employer and stream into my future hearing aids?
I use a Cisco 7942 phone, I think, from memory. It has a headset port. I have a Plantronics MDA200 with a SSP2714-01 bluetooth dongle plugged into it. You will need the EHS cable for your specific phone model. Plantronics make EHS cables for almost all phone make/models.
You will, of course, need the bluetooth device for your hearing aid brand.
I take all office phone calls with this equipment, including Webex meetings, using it several hours a day. The MDA200 also connects to a PC.
Your office phone tech group will be able to get the MDA200 and the SSP2714-01.
