I’m thinking with all the excitement these days I should look into an ultraviolet sanitizer/“sterilizer” for not only my hearing aids, but also my phone and other items about that size. Or even bigger? Anyone recommend a good general purpose one that’s not cheap junk? What features are important? Timer with auto turn off seem like something essential.
There are some on Amazon, but most that would fit a phone are unavailable with the panic rush! Just like hand sanitizer, isopropyl alcohol, etc.
I can fit my iPhone 6 into my Dry & Store global with a bit of carful positioning.
??? Are you in the habit of lending your phone to people, so it gathers germs from others? If not, what’s the point?
The hoopla is over germs from one person to another - like on the shopping cart handles at stores, the stair rails on public staircases, the buttons on elevators - things lots of people touch.
If you are thinking you touch all those other places, then touch your phone which next goes to your face . . . at this point with the price gouging and shortages, it will be easier (and less expensive) to just stop touching other people!

The first one is the one I use. I paid a little over $30 for it. It is now closer to $80, probably because of the current coronavirus panic. You can call it price gouging if you want, I call it supply and demand. In any case the other two options are a little cheaper.
Thanks! I looked at Phonesoap and there are some great alternatives here.
