I would like to share a similar disappointment when switching from lumity 90 to sphere 90. I adjust the devices myself, I have set the same audiogram starting from 50 dB to 90 dB at 6 kHz. I also have a 15-20 dB air-bone difference
I think the problem comes from APD 3.
In a calm situation, Sphere sounds somehow slurred, crowded, irritating. Voices are unclear and understanding is reduced.
I compare the gain curves and see that with the sphere, the low frequencies from 0.125 to 1 kHz are amplified and the curves are separated. The compression is higher.
I tried transferring the fitting from lumity in both ways described in the topic, but without success.
Could anyone help with advice for correction?
