Loud music, 2 strokes, power tools (chainsaws, grinders etc) and gun fire. The usual, if I knew then what I know now.
I try to use hearing protectors all the time now… Kind of late.

I did everything wrong too.
Hotrods, rock and roll, dirt bikes, street bikes, 357’s, 44’s, deer rifles, 25 years in petrochemical.

Well even my Vespa GTS300 I can run 75 on the freeway. But the average speed limit around here is 55 but I normally run about 60.

And no, I lost my hearing to otoscerosis not to my bikes or guns, or rock music - but those certainly didn’t help much.
Wouldn’t change a thing, except maybe my genes.
