About to go in for a consult and perhaps switch brands for my HA’s. The one area I struggle with is describing the issue I may have with the setup - conveying to the audi/tech what I am hearing that may need to be tweaked to a better setting. Sometimes I land on the description they seem to understand, sometimes I’m at a loss as to how to best describe the issue, and then they struggle to figure out what to adjust.
Any rough guides as to terms/descriptions I should consider using when describing a situation?
Phonak invented a Soundwheel chart, where you and the audi can find words for describing issues and the related classification. Maybe this helps you.

Thanks - that helps a lot. I may not know what every term means, but it will still go a long way in talking about what I am hearing!
