Hello,
I have had my hearing aids (Oticon) for several years and over the past year I noticed that when the telecoil setting is on and I am on the phone it will cut in and out for periods of time. The hearing aid itself is fine and the audio can’t find any problems with it and said I would need to send it back to have the manufacturer look at them. Before i do that I wanted to check in here to see if anyone else had this problem and had a way to fix it? Maybe it is my phone?
