Switching from Siemens Triano SP to Phonak Naida V SP

Hi,

i’m currently using a Siemens Triano SP BTE hearing aid. Since its getting old, I have decided to switch to a new pair.

In my radar is Phonak Naida V SP which I am currently trying out.

However, the process of programming it right seems never ending. I currently find that speech is harder to follow, especially over the phone (using iCom).

Are there approaches you’d take to ensure a smooth handover from one brand to another? (remember, the Audiologist is different).

Any tips would be great.

Thanks
Arvind
