I have molds called “Full shell”, is it the same as “fully occlusive mold”?

Pretty much: the degree of occlusion depends on how much venting they decided to give you.

Fully occluded RIC shells and full-shell ITE have similarish performance. Though the RIC might be able to lay down a bit more power before feedback due to the physical separation of the receiver and mic.

I am a Phonak Naida Lumity 30 UP Bilateral. So they are BTE Ultra Power

Same deal, but the BTE UP is obviously doing it with more welly.
