Install and run in compatibility mode, this should do it.
Do you mean run the PatientBase Setup.exe installer in compatibility mode? Compatible with Windows 7?

Try making a virtual machine on your computer and installing everything into that. Make sure it can have a USB port. Allows you to test and all kinds of things without messing up your regular Windows box. VMware Player/Workstation or VirtualBox with a Win10 installation, and yes install Inspire first, then PatientBase, then connect the Noahlink Wireless, I believe is the correct install sequence. Take a backup of your hearing aid settings first, so you have something to restore what you do b/c your audi probably isn’t happy about this sort of adventure.
