Spheric Speech Clarity (Sphere Infinio i70)

Good morning,
I have a question. I’m trying right now Phonak Sphere Infinio i70. But I had an issue.
I recently went to a clothes shop. There was very loud background music and I couldn’t hear people talking or shouting to call me, even from a short distance.
I heard the Infinio line had Deepsonic and Spheric Speech Clarity, so how could this happen? I heard no automatic changes in programs, speech wasn’t made clearer, I heard nothing but the annoying background music.
Did I understand wrong how the Sphere Infinio line works? How do I use Spheric Speech Clarity?
I looked for information to document about it but I found nothing clear and certain.
I wonder if someone could help me.

i assume that the Phonak autosense switched the aids into “Music program”, and therfore the speech were not clearer, because in the music program the aids will not amplifiy speech.

in this case you should setup a separate programm “Spheric Speech in loud noise” (this is activating the Deepsonic chip) , and manually switch the aids into this programm. (via longer push button or via MyPhonak App)

But don’t forget to switch the aids back into the Autosense programm, because “Spheric Speech in loud noise” will drastically reduce battery runtime.

I did not think of that, my HA are always in Automatic program. Maybe that’s exactly what happened! I find it a bit worrisome though. Maybe I should change the program manually in those cases?
Do you know if the Myphonak app method works for I70 as well? I read someone saying that Spheric Speech activates automatically only on I90? Maybe I’m mistaken!
