No one yet has noticed that I am wearing HAs (or at least no one has mentioned it me or my spouse). Perhaps because so many people are regularly wearing airpods and earbuds, HAs just blend in?

Your 10 & 20 Db is lots of sound volumn. Get a pair of Costco pin the ear (not behind the ear) HAs
Even 15 db of hearing loss is a significant drop in sound. So your loss of 15 db in one e$1000ar and 20 db in the other ear should make you want HAs. You can go with all in the ear HAs and level 2 or 3 are all you need. Checkout Costco. you do not need the Behind the Ear type.- even hearing centers with $1000 real hearing aids should cover your hearing loss
