Signia Sreamline TV troubleshooting

I have signia BICROSS and a 312 Pure 7X. I use the streamline TV accessory. From time to time, for no apparent reason, I lose the sound. I freeze the TV, and a minute or so later when I unfreeze, the tv sound is back. I thought that it had something to do with my iphone, ipad or iwatch receiving a message and therefore interfering with the steamline. Anybody have any experience with this, or can anybody suggest a workaround or a fix?
