Does anyone have a consumer phone number for Signia?
I’ve tried to find to no avail. I had emailed the to ask questions. There was a very nice guy that was trying to help me and when I answered back, he never responded.
I’m very happy w/ my Signia Pure 13 BT, but disappointed in the customer service area. My audiologist just doesn’t know answers regarding the workings of my HAs.
I’d ask your audiologist for a number. When I was trialing a pair of Signia NX my audiologist gave me a number to help with troubleshooting smartphone app issues. You might also have luck just calling the corporate number and seeing if you can get transferred.
