Hi there, sure it’s a good idea to get to know how the software works, this always makes it much easier to program them, Connexx is pretty easy to navigate as well, you’ll need the Noahlink wireless programming device for any DIY projects tho.
Check out the user guides as this makes things easier to understand.

Hi tenkah, I’m new to this forum and would appreciate any suggestions that you may offer. I’m having trouble installing the Connex Signia software into my windows laptop.
It installs to about 99% and then says I have no authorization to install into the folder. I have tried various admin. work arounds but nothing seems to work. I have a noah link programmer that is recognized by my laptop, and Signia C&G 7AX hearing aids.
Is there an authorization required to run this software?

Welcome to the forum, no there’s no authorization needed, I’d try another download and see if that sorts your issue out, actually what windows version are you running?
