Welcome to the forum, great your giving DIY a go, please be sure to research and read the user guides before starting your DIY projects as it’s very helpful for setting up the first time, I haven’t seen Carat mentioned from Signia for a long time, maybe the old binax platform, if yours are 2016 or so you’ll need the correct programming device, connexxAir, or connexxlink .
Thank you for answered. When you said, connexxAir, or connexxlink, what you mean? insteed Noahlink?
So what I mean is the Noahlink wireless programming device is only for the NX platform onwards, so if your models predates this you’ll need to use an older programming device, namely connexxAir or connexxlink.
can i get latest signia software too?

Also, do you know which device connects my Rexton Esmeral S 60 8C hearing aid to the notebook so I can purchase it? And do you know where in Brazil I can purchase it online?
