Reverse cookie bite fitting with ReSound Nexia

Trying to nail down the settings. Taking the reverse slope programming advice to cut the lows (counterintuitive to standard approaches). Speech still not great with Audiogram+ but if I increase the mids and highs, fan noise turns into white noise similar to the tinnitus feature.

I downloaded Genie 2 to see what VAC+ gains would be and white noise was a big issue. Really had to scale it back down to Audiogram+ targets (5-10 dB decrease for soft sounds). Tried open domes and tulips. Reverse slope articles suggest it’s a tough balance for venting.

Any advice from others in the same situation?

my audiogram is not to different than yours,(OK it is not the same) I don’t call it reverse cookie bite … I also have nexia.
I find that a acrylic custom mold with no vent or a very small pressure vent works best for me.

There is a setting for that, Advanced Features >> Custom >> Expansion :

Expansion is already set to moderate.
