I have been using Resound Smart Fit software to make incremental adjustments but I am having a problem with viewing previous settings. I can go back to a previous session and look at what the setting are for that session but I cannot remember what settings I changed two months ago. I seem to remember that it is possible to print out the current session results. That would permit me to compare settings from previous sessions and revert or change settings.
You should be adding a note to the session, but going back that far seems a bit pointless, but anyways if you open/load that previous session, can’t you just print/save at that point, I don’t have my laptop with me to check right now
The question is how do I print. I can save it but I cannot find a way to print. I am not sure where it is being saved and if it is being saved in a format that I can read.
I thought you could save to a place of your choice, usually to your desktop and then use one note or MS 365, it’s virtual printer, it’s basically the fitting report, with no PC I can’t see, but I’m sure @david.hendon or @jim_lewis could shed some light on it.
Yes, as @tenkan says, you can go back in time, view a previous fitting session and print a full report (or save to PDF). I will briefly illustrate how to do it and leave you to work out the details.
BTW, to run Smart Fit 2.0, my Win11 Pro 23H2 computer gave me a notice just now that I’d have to download and install Microsoft’s .NET Runtime 8.x, which I did (perhaps my computer is up to .NET 9.x now).
When you launch Smart Fit 2.0, pick a client that you want to fit (if you have more than one). Scroll back through the dated list of sessions and pick the session that you want to examine by clicking on the LAUNCH link beside it (click to enlarge):
Then, to see the state of all the fitting parameters in play for that fitting session, on the Fitting Screen, click on the FINALIZE tab, then click on the REPORTS tab beneath that: (click to enlarge)
You probably want to do as I’ve done and pick the Clinician’s detailed report rather than the simplified Patient version. Check the types of information you want included in your report and pick your output option.
At the top of the very first page (at least for the PDF output), the report will show you the date of the fitting session (click to enlarge):
OTH, I had three fitting sessions/adjustments I made on that date and the report doesn’t show me which one I am outputting. Since there is a LAUNCH link for each session (as shown in the first screen capture), I presume all sessions on the same date are saved separately - too lazy to check that out, but if they are, Smart Fit is remiss for not indicating the time as well as the date of the session in any output report.
